The summer of 2022 was a turning point for our company and many high-tech companies navigating the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic. The disruptions in raw materials, workforce availability, and supply chains were undeniable. Yet, these challenges presented us with a unique opportunity to rethink its approach and emerge stronger as a major player in industrial imaging solutions.

As incoming orders increased, our customers showed unwavering confidence, trusting the company to meet their ramped-up delivery needs. This trust was a driving force behind Videology’s decision to reinvent its global operations strategy, with a dual focus: delivering on customer commitments and ensuring the health and safety of its team.

Reinvention in Action: Efficiency, Training, and Supply Chain Improvements

We adopted a comprehensive strategy to enhance its operations and build resilience. Increasing lot sizes for sub-assemblies, assemblies, and finished products created efficiencies and improved overall quality. This approach, combined with cross-training programs, empowered employees with diverse skill sets, boosting productivity and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Additionally, we redefined our supply chain management. We managed to reduce vendor lead times and expedite material deliveries through strategic collaboration and close communication with our key suppliers. These enhancements ensured that every production milestone was met, paving the way for on-time customer shipments.

Delivering Excellence: Results That Speak for Themselves

By the end of 2024, the impact of these changes was undeniable. We achieved seven consecutive quarters of 100% on-time delivery, meeting every committed ship date. This milestone not only demonstrated operational excellence but also strengthened trust with our customers across all verticals.
